Academic Excellence
A Challenging Academic Experience
In today’s economic climate, it’s crucial to leave college with a solid intellectual foundation as well as the skills and ability to change and adapt with the times. Our small classes mean you’ll never be a number and professors will always know your name, usually by the second class.
At Saint Michael’s, our passionate, dedicated and highly accomplished faculty are committed to teaching our students, challenging them and inspiring them. Our recent graduates include a Rhodes Scholar, a Pickering Fellow, Fulbright scholars and students now in graduate school at Yale, Harvard, Princeton and Columbia Universities.
As soon as your first semester, you’ll be doing real work in the real world, including field research and experiential learning. Over the course of four years, you’ll be given the chance to study abroad, explore your artistic side and create a capstone project.
When you leave Saint Michael’s, no matter what your major, you’ll graduate having learned to: understand human behavior, how people think and what they believe; address global issues and explore ethical decision-making; and be a strong writer and speaker.
We have incredible students doing wonderful things.
